Return and Exchange of Goods
1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The Buyer, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. The 14-day period starts from the day the Buyer received the goods.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of the tuning parts sold, which are intended primarily for engine modifications and racing or sports use, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract if the product has been customized according to the Buyer’s specifications or if the goods have been removed from their original packaging and, for hygiene or safety reasons, cannot be returned.
3. Procedure for Returning Goods
If the Buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, they are obliged to return the goods in their original, undamaged condition, complete, with all accessories, documentation, and in the original packaging, if the nature of the goods allows it.

The Buyer bears the costs associated with returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
4. Exchange of Goods
The Seller is not legally obliged to exchange goods. If you wish to exchange goods, please contact customer support at: [Customer Support E-mail].
An exchange will be carried out provided that the returned goods are undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.
5. Refund of Purchase Price
The Seller will refund the Buyer the purchase price within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made to the account specified by the Buyer.
6. Liability for Decrease in Value of Goods
The Buyer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling them in a way other than what is necessary with regard to their nature. In case of damage or incompleteness, the Seller may request reasonable compensation.

Product Complaints
1. Right to File a Complaint
The Buyer has the right to file a complaint if the goods show defects that appear during the warranty period.
2. Warranty Period
We provide a 24-month warranty from the date the Buyer receives the goods for the tuning parts sold.
3. Complaint Procedure
A complaint must be made without undue delay after the defect has been discovered and no later than the end of the warranty period.
The Buyer shall file the complaint by sending a description of the defect, a photo, and proof of purchase to the e-mail: [Your E-mail]. After receiving the complaint, we will contact you with further instructions.
4. Handling of Complaints
The Seller is obliged to handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date the complaint is made.
The complaint will be resolved by repairing the goods, replacing them with new ones, providing an appropriate discount, or withdrawing from the contract if the defect cannot be remedied.
5. Exceptions and Limitations
A complaint will not be accepted if the defect was caused by improper installation, incorrect use, unprofessional intervention, modification, or an accident.
The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from the installation or use of the parts – installation should only be carried out by professionally qualified persons and at your own risk.
6. Costs Associated with the Complaint
The Buyer bears the costs associated with delivering the claimed goods to the Seller if the complaint is not accepted. In the case of a justified complaint, the Seller covers the costs associated with return shipping to the customer.
